The NUS MBA Specialisation in Finance imparts an in-depth exploration of core areas of finance, including financial planning and analysis, foreign exchange risk management, fund positioning and budgeting, international financial management, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, options and futures and corporate governance.

Firms need solid marketing strategies to effectively target their client base and differentiate their offerings from the competition. The NUS MBA Specialisation in Marketing provides an analytical understanding of markets, consumers and marketing models. Among the subjects addressed are consumer behaviour, applied market research, marketing channels and pricing models, and marketing strategy for SMEs and start-ups.



Offered in collaboration with NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, the NUS MBA Specialisation in Healthcare Management imparts path-breaking insights and ideas to effectively lead in this dynamic sector. The programme emphasises healthcare economics and financing, healthcare policy and systems, and quality of care measuring systems, and offers framework to maximise organisational efficiency and resource allocations.

Real Estate Specilisation

This specialisation is created to help students apply the best of real estate and business practices in an Asian context.  It seeks to provide current and future real estate leaders and decision makers with state-of-the-art knowledge in real estate, management and leadership.  The NUS MBA specialisation in Real Estate is offered in partnership with the Department of Real Estate at NUS.
