How many modules am I allowed to take per semester?
Part-time students must enrol for modules totally up to at least 4 MCs and not more than 12 MCs of study per semester. For each special term, part-time students can register for up to 8 MCs.
How many modules must I complete in order to graduate with the NUS MBA degree?
A typical full module comprises of 4 MCs and meets 3 hours a week for 14 weeks. A typical half module comprises of 2 MCs and meets 3 hours a week for 7 weeks.
There is also a compulsory Management Communication module, which you must complete in order to graduate.

To be able to graduate with a specialisation, you need to fulfil at least 24 modular credits of electives from that specialisation and achieve a Cumulative Average Point (CAP) of 3.5. *For specialisations in Real Estate and Healthcare Management, you need to indicate your choice at the time of application as these two programmes are held in partnership with other faculties in NUS.

What is the class schedule like?
Classes for full-time students are held on weekdays while electives are held on weekday evenings and during weekends (9am to 5pm).
Classes for part-time students are held typically on weekday evenings (6pm to 9pm) and Saturdays for elective modules (9am to 5pm). Part-time students will be given priority for core module classes held in the evenings.

I have taken my GMAT already. Can TOEFL or IELTS scores be waived?
Is GMAT/ GRE compulsory? How long is my GMAT/GRE score valid for?
Applicants are only required to take either GMAT or GRE.
The GMAT/ GRE score is valid for 5 years from the date of the test.
Is TOEFL or IELTS mandatory? Can I ask to be exempted?
The minimum TOEFL internet-based test score required is 100.
The minimum band for IELTS is 6.5.
The minimum PTE score is 68.
What is an acceptable GMAT score?
A GMAT score of 600 and above, would be a good gauge.
The average GMAT score for the 2016 intake was 662.

What do I do when I receive an offer?
This amount is non-refundable and will be credited towards payment of your tuition fees.
In addition, you have to:
1. Request your university's registrar to send one set of official degree transcript directly to the NUS MBA Programme Office.
2. Send in your attested university degree scroll.
3. Ensure that GMAC has sent your official GMAT score to the NUS MBA Programme Office, if you have not instructed them to do so.

I have been placed on a waiting list, what does this means and what should I do?
The Admissions Team will place a candidate on the waiting list if they are not willing to offer his/her a place outright, but consider him/her strong enough to potentially be given a place on the programme. After more applications have been reviewed, the waiting list candidates are re-assessed by the Admissions Team and they will make a final decision.
No action is required from you. Please allow up to 8 weeks for the Admissions Team to revert to you via email with the final decision.
If I get an offer on my second choice, will I still be considered for theprogramme I am on the waiting list for?
